Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours or emergency response as needed
- Conduct property inspections and develop detailed reconstruction estimates
- Create scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Prepare and manage estimates using Xactimate and related software
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal crews
- Manage reconstruction projects from start to completion
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project quality standards
- Communicate regularly with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and company standards
- Perform jobsite inspections and quality control checks
- Manage change orders, supplements, and project documentation
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, photos, and project files
- High school diploma or GED required; construction-related education preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction estimating or project management experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
- Experience with insurance restoration preferred
- Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and mobile documentation tools
- Xactimate Level 1 or Level 2 Certification
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT preferred)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- General construction or contractor licensing experience preferred
